Skyvue Application Terms of Use

Welcome to Skyvue, a mobile application provided by Xobee Networks (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Skyvue mobile application (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Skyvue is designed for business use by clients of Xobee Networks to monitor system status, endpoint devices, and services. You must be authorized by a licensed client organization to use this App.

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:

  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Interfering with the functionality of the App.
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

2. User Accounts

Access to the App may require authentication using credentials issued by your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App are owned by Xobee Networks or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xobee Networks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

5. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
