“Xobee Networks staff was professional from beginning to end. I was given Board direction to get multiple vendor quotes for development of a new website. In reviewing all the proposals received, Xobee’s proposal was professionally presented, easy to understand, and priced reasonably. I worked with Bryan Smith to develop the consultant agreement and then was introduced to his team, Cody and Tyler, who assisted with development and launching of the new website. Throughout the website development process, Xobee’s staff took the time to understand client goals and design preferences. They kept in touch regarding their progress, patiently answered questions, quickly addressed any change requests, coordinated with another media agency to transfer domain hosting, and provided thorough website training. The only odd thing I experienced was receiving invoices for services that were not yet provided. For example, getting an invoice for monthly website maintenance service even though the website was still in design. I contacted their billings department and was told to disregard the invoice as it was something their accounting software does routinely and was assured it would be removed. Overall, I would highly recommend Xobee Networks for your web design needs.”
