Xobee Employee Handbook & Resources

This Employee Handbook (“Handbook”) contains general information and guidelines. This Handbook replaces all previously issued handbooks and inconsistent verbal or written policy statements. We expect each employee to read this Handbook. This Handbook is not intended to be comprehensive or to address all the possible applications of, or exceptions to, the general policies and procedures described. For that reason, if you have any questions concerning eligibility for a particular benefit or the applicability of a policy or practice to you, you should address your specific question(s) to Human Resources.

The procedures, practices, policies, and benefits described here may be modified or discontinued from time to time.

If you have any questions or concerns about this Handbook or any other policy or procedure, please ask your supervisor or the Human Resources Manager.

Hard copies of these policies and forms are available from Human Resources.
