Skyvue Application Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We collect and process the following information:
- Account Information: Name, email, and credentials tied to your organization’s authentication system.
- Device Metadata: App version, device type, operating system, and error logs.
- Endpoint Monitoring Data: Data pulled from your organization’s managed systems (e.g., device name, antivirus status, uptime, and other read-only metrics) via XN360 and Automate integrations.
We do not collect personal content from your device outside of these scoped data fields.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information to:
- Authenticate your access.
- Display relevant data tied to your managed devices.
- Monitor and improve the performance and security of the App.
3. Data Sharing
Your data is only accessible to your organization’s administrators and authorized Xobee Networks personnel. We do not sell or rent your data. Data may be shared with subprocessors (e.g., hosting providers) strictly for operation and delivery of the service.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information during transmission and storage. However, no method is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
Data displayed within the App is retained per your organization’s agreement with Xobee Networks and may be purged in accordance with those terms.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Please contact your organization or Xobee Networks directly to exercise these rights.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted in the App or via our website.
