Brite Acquires Xobee Networks, Expanding Managed IT and Cybersecurity Platform to the West Coast
New resource enables organizations to compare managed service providers (MSPs) based on cybersecurity maturity, service accountability & operational resilience.
ROCHESTER, N.Y., Monday, Nov. 2, 2026 — Brite, a leading provider of managed IT services and cybersecurity solutions backed by Sole Source Capital LLC (“SSC”), today announced the acquisition of Xobee Networks (“Xobee”), a Fresno, California-based provider of managed IT and cybersecurity services.
The acquisition broadens Brite’s platform and gives the company a significant operating presence on the West Coast. The combination will provide customers of both companies with access to an expanded range of managed services, security capabilities and technical resources. The transaction marks SSC’s second investment in the managed services sector.
For three decades, Xobee has delivered managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud and communications services to businesses of all sizes.
